Prayer Works

Prayer is powerful! “War Room” is one of my favorite faith-based movies, and this quote by John Wesley reminds me why. Prayer is the only place where real spiritual action – and power – takes place! Indeed,

What a Friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer!

  1. Prayer really works, sometimes I see Him respond so quickly and other times I feel I am left in a season of waiting for prayers to be answered. But I know prayer works, He hears me.

  2. Jesus is indeed my best friend

I could write all day the amazing blessings Jehovah has bestowed upon others just by praying for them (prayer is not the reason but is still quite significant).

    1. Well said. Prayer is the vehicle that God allows us to use to connect with Him, and it can take us to some miraculous places! Other times, it feels like prayer functions more like a lifeline or a raft, keeping us afloat in the midst of a storm. Either way, it’s essential for life, and is a remarkable privilege, too. 💛
